RING SIZE GUIDE
The best fit feels secure without being tight. Finger size can change slightly throughout the day, so measure more than once before choosing your ring.
Method 1: Measure a ring you own
- Choose a ring that already fits the same finger.
- Measure the inside diameter straight across the center in millimeters.
- Compare the measurement with the inside-diameter column below.
Method 2: Measure your finger
- Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the ends meet without pulling too tightly.
- Measure the length in millimeters and compare it with the circumference column below.

GUIDANCE
FIT TIPS
- Measure near the end of the day, when fingers are usually at their largest.
- Avoid measuring when your hands are unusually cold or swollen.
- If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
- Wider bands often feel tighter than slim bands.
- For adjustable rings, follow the product-page guidance and adjust gently; repeated bending can weaken the band.
