• All orders are processed moslty within 48 hours and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Purchases are delivered in a beautiful box with the exception of certain items
• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Please also note most local couriers for last-mile deliveries are not provided weekend service, hence the possible delay may happen during weekends. We do not guarantee processing time, delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. 

• COVID-19 Update: Due to the global pandemic. All online retailers have been hit hard by shipping delays. Since the pandemic 100% of orders have been delivered inside 65 days if not before.

• Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit, once the return or refund applicable.
• Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
