Return Policy
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees.
Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS. We don't accept cancellations once the order is shipped out and in transit to your destination.
RETURNS:
At ZAFARI, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process for both our customers and our business.
We only accept returns for items that are damaged during delivery. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if it was damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return due to damage:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and clear photos of the damage.
Please note:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping/handling fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the item, or if the item has been worn, scratched, or damaged after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
- Sale items, discounted items, personalized items, and gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact our customer service team contact@zafaristudio.com. ZAFARI is not liable for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
Zafari Studio doesn't cover the cost of return shipping and is not liable for items lost during return shipping.
We are unable to refund the cost of shipping for your original order.
RETURNS FOR EARRINGS:
We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.
Return Instructions
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@zafaristudio.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Zafari does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee the successful delivery of your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you further information including return address in different countries as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES:
We don't offer exchanges once the items are sold. We know that customers are likely to change their minds when purchasing a gift, jewelry, or accessories. However, we can't afford exchanges from our large volume orders. Please make sure that you have chosen the correct product and make the right order.
Refunds & Replacements (if applicable):
We only offer a refund or replacement on lost or undelivered items by the postal carrier for carrier's reasons.
Before placing your order, please make sure the order is correct. We do not offer cancellations or exchanges due to incorrect orders. This includes incorrect product items, quantities, shipping addresses, and names, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you due to incorrect information. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes the wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.).
The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments. If your order is 48 hours passed the expected delivery date, please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep that were delivered by the carrier. Zafari studio cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.
REFUNDS NOTIFICATION:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@zafaristudio.com.
PRE-ORDERS
You can purchase the items that are currently out of stock on pre-order.
The estimated shipping out time of your pre-order will be indicated in the Shipping & Returns section of the product page.
If you place an order for two items one of which is available for pre-order only and another one is in stock - please note your order will be only shipped out when both items are available in stock. If you would like the available item to be shipped out immediately - please place a separate order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
