What are the materials made for jewelry at ZAFARI?

Mostly I love Gold Vermeil just for gold and silver purely. However sometimes it looks better on gold plated brass and with the weight, it looks cool! And the price is better!

Therefore we have materials are Gold Vermeil on Sterling silver, Gold plated on Brass and Sterling Silver.

Additionally the baroque natural pearl as beautiful decoration or actually the key player on the show!

What are Gold Vermeil?

Vermeil (noun)"ver·may"

A unique blend of high quality, precious metal, without the hefty price tag. Unlike regular gold plating, a thick layer of 18ct gold is layered on top of a sterling silver base (no brass here).

Put simply, gold plated vermeil gives you the best quality for the best price.

What are the shipping fee?

Complimentary free shipping worldwidePurchases are delivered in a beautiful box with the exception of certain items you ordered.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends.
Please also note most local couriers for last-mile deliveries don't provide weekend service, hence the possible delay may happen during weekends.

Where is my order?

Please go to page TRACK YOUR ORDER, or click on the tracking number in the shipment notification email. You can easily find out where it is.

I cannot find my order yet from the TRACK YOUR ORDER page, anything wrong?

The shipping tracking number is created by the delivery service automatically and prepared for your item before it arrives at your location.

Therefore after you have received the shipment email from us, it is possible that you cannot immediately track the tracking order from UPS for example.

Don’t be panic! It is on the way! Please give it a couple of days and check the TRACK YOUR ORDER page again!

I need it urgently, can you do a faster delivery?

We are sorry about it, urgent request and faster delivery than our current one are not available at the moment based on the current global delivery situation.

We are striving to speed up the delivery time together with our delivery service partners, most with direct flights to your destination with worldwide shipments. Based on current worldwide status and COVID-19 impact, we can’t afford a faster delivery yet nor we have little control of the delivery time. We totally reply on our delivery service partners in your region.

What if my order is lost?

We rarely receive the lost complaints with our dedicated delivery service partners. It may be delayed but finally delivered.

Our delivery partners have an guarantee of compensation for any item lost in 90 days.

From us, we will promise that if your order has been confirmed as lost items in 20 business days, we will re-send another delivery for you with no extra cost.

If you have not received your order in 15 business days nor any track from the TRACK YOUR ORDER page, we suggest to get in touch with us so that we can look into it.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
